Rental prices are for one day use. Items can be picked up the day before and returned the day after the event. A discounted rate of 50% off will be applied for additional days needed.
A non-refundable booking deposit of half of the rental total will be paid at the time of reserving the items. The balance is due at time of pick up or delivery.
A credit card guarantee or cash deposit equaling half of the rental total will be taken at time of delivery and returned after satisfactory return of all the items.
We prefer that you pick up and return the rental items from our location, but we will deliver in Western Washington. The minimum rental for us to deliver and/or return is $150, and the delivery/pick up fee will be based on mileage. All rental items must be thoroughly rinsed of all food particles and dried before it is returned. We will wash and sanitize the dishes at our facility. They must not be run through a dishwasher.
We would be happy to help you set up and pack up the rentals at your event. Delivery charges apply, and we can give you a price, once we know what services you require.
For most items, the replacement fee is 5 times the rental price. Higher value items will be charged at the current Replacements.com price. If anything breaks or chips, please return all the pieces.
The Secret Garden provides antique and/or vintage pieces; absolutely no warranty is made, implied, given or represented. The renter assumes the risk of any and all injuries resulting from the use of items provided.
