Our deep-dish quiche is made with an herbed pastry crust filled with savory meats, vegetables & cheeses in a rich egg custard.

The flavors of the Northwest are highlighted in this delightful egg bake, filled with salmon, scallions, minced red pepper,

and jack cheese. 

 

Chef’s Breakfast of the Day

Each day, a special breakfast entrée, inspired by fresh seasonal ingredients will be prepared.  Your server will inform you of today’s selection. (Creamy Cointreau  Stuffed French Toast, Baked Blintz with Cherries, Sausage and Scrambled Egg Strudel and Baked Finnish Pancake with Strawberries and Whipped cream are just a few of our favorite recipes)
