Tea Room

We feature a variety of English-style afternoon teas as well as a luncheon menu which includes homemade soups, salads, quiche, and sandwiches served on our own freshly baked croissants.  Our wine list features mostly Northwest wines.  Save room for our wonderful desserts, too!

We serve our own specially blended loose leaf teas in over seventy flavors.  We offer traditional black teas, flavored black teas, green, oolong, and white teas as well as a large variety of caffeine-free products:  decaffeinated black or green teas, herbal blends and red tea, also known as Rooibus, a naturally caffeine-free beverage.

Reservations are highly recommended, especially between 11:00 and 2:00.  We do take walk-up guests on a space available basis, but to be assured of a table, please call ahead!  We have tables that seat up to ten guests, so small groups can easily be accommodated.   Larger groups are welcomed also; see “Group Info” for details.

Things You Should Know

                 The Secret Garden Tea Room’s goal is to serve delicious food in the pleasant and relaxing atmosphere of our elegant Victorian home. 

                 We want you to feel welcome, so please call ahead for reservations, even if it’s the same day.  We sometimes have groups that book the entire dining room, so if you call, we can let you know if there will be a table for you.

                 The Secret Garden Tea Room strives to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for it’s guests.  If you wish to experience one of our English-style teas, please allow at least 1 3/4 hours to fully enjoy each course.   Lunch typically takes about 1 1/4 hours.  If you have a time schedule, please let us know when making your reservations.  Some accommodations may be possible

                 On Saturdays, tea sets (English-style teas) and lunch  are by reservation only.  You will be asked when making your reservation which you would prefer.  Any change to your reservation will need to be made by 5:00 on the Friday before your party.

                 Please note that we have a minimum charge of $5.95 per person from 11:00 to 2:30.

                 An automatic 18% gratuity will be added for parties over 6.

                 Please alert your server to any food allergies before ordering, as some accommodations or substitutions may be possible.

                 Children are welcome in the tea room, however, we do not provide high chairs.
