Blueberry Chicken Salad

Diced roasted chicken breast, spiced candied almonds, chopped celery, scallion and fresh blueberries in a creamy Lemon-Dijon dressing.

Leaf lettuce topped with blueberry chicken salad,on a freshly baked croissant. Served with a side of Orzo Pea or

Frosty Cranberry Salad.

Entrée Salad

Chopped romaine is tossed with Lemon-Dijon dressing, then topped with scoops of chicken salad.  Accompanied by a

warm scone with butter.
