Group Guarantee Form

Please print the following information, then fill out the form and fax or mail it to us.  Be sure to keep a copy for your own records.  Once we receive this form, we will finalize your reservation in our books and the date will be yours!

At  10:00am or 3:40pm, on weekdays or Sundays, we are able to accommodate groups of 11or more.  Groups of 14-24 will have exclusive use of a dining room for up to two hours.  Groups of 25-40 will have exclusive use of the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours.  The minimum charge per person is $22.00 including tax and gratuity.   The hostess may arrange for a special menu to be served, or we offer (to parties of 11 or more) the following high tea package for $22.00 per person including tax and gratuity:

Cup of Soup

Tiered Rack with Tea Sandwiches, Fresh Fruit and Petite Sweets

 

A minimum charge of $242 will be assessed for all groups.  If your group participation diminishes to less than 14 attendees, please let us know prior to two weeks (14 days) before your event, so that we may fill the dining room with other patrons.  With less than two weeks notice, we are unable to waive this minimum.

Cancellation of the event must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.  If you must cancel within the two weeks prior to the event, there will be a $50.00 reneging fee for 7-13 days notice, $150.00 for 4-6 days notice, and $220.00 for 1-3 days notice.  Be sure to call us by the day before your event with your billing count for the number of guests.  We look forward to creating a beautiful and memorable event for your group or party!
