Tea leaves with the caffeine removed in a chemical free CO2 process. (To decaffeinate any tea, pour off the water after the tea has steeped for about 30 seconds. Refill the pot with fresh hot water and let steep as usual. The caffeine in tea is water-soluble and all but a tiny fraction of it goes away in the first steeping.)
