Our own delicious topping for brie includes dried cranberries, toasted pecans and an orange spice flavor packet to top a round of brie.  Instructions couldn't be easier...just add water, and microwave cranberries to plump them up, mix in the spices and pour over the brie.  Pop it into the oven for 20 minutes and then sprinkle on the pecans just before you serve it with slices of baguette or crackers.  It is the perfect appetizer for your fall and winter gatherings.
