This delightful little book of "Proper Life Skills from Regency England" would be a perfect gift for any Jane Austen fan.  There are lessons in the book on everything from "How to Become a Proper Lady", and "How a Lady Might Earn a Living (If Necessary)" to "How to Choose a Prospective Husband", "How to Elope to Scotland" and "How to Get an Invitation to a Country House Party".  The last part of the book has a short biography of Jane Austen, and a bit about each of her novels.  It's a fun read that will immerse the reader in Jane's world and yet many of the lessons are pertinent for living a fine (and happy) life even in today's world.
