We are PICK-UP only at this time.
We have an enclosed and heated dining pavilion tent in our front garden for use when picking up afternoon tea or lunch.
We have come to the realization that our pre-pandemic business model is not going to work in the post-pandemic world. Things have changed a lot in the last three years...food costs, labor shortages, and health and safety practices, not to mention that we are older and have less desire to regularly work 16 hour days. Offering our foods for pick-up only allows us to continue offering our home-made-to-order specialty meals for your dining pleasure. Thank you for your support!
How it Works
If you would like to enjoy one of our afternoon teas or luncheon meals, take a look at our menu and decide what you would like to order.
Call us as soon as you know what day and time you would like to have your order ready. We stagger our scheduled pick up times so that we can prepare your meal to order. We accept orders from one day (if available) to about a month in advance.
Same day pick-ups are rarely able to be accommodated, as we do our baking in the morning, and typically make just what has been pre-ordered.
Don't forget to select a tea flavor (at the bottome of the menu page) if ordering afternoon tea or if you wish to add it to your luncheon meal.
We have an enclosed and heated dining pavilion in our front garden where you are welcome to enjoy your pickup order onsite. We can arrange seating for up to 8 people. There is a self-service station with hot water for tea, as well as disposable cups, plates, cutlery and napkins.
Please let us know when placing your order if you wish to dine in the pavilion, so we are prepared for you.
Our back porch entrance to the building can be opened for access to the restroom.
Just give us a call and then meet us at the back door.
Our gift shop is also open by appointment (call for entrance) with lots of tea related giftware.
Inside Dining
We do not have any projected date to reopen for inside dining. The current high food costs and the shortage of food service workers are difficult challenges for our family-operated small business. We are unwilling to compromise our standards of food quality and in-house dining service, so will be continuing to offer only pick up meals at this time.
